Courtney Topper

Courtney Topper has been with the Kline Corbett Group since she got started in real estate. Before she was a realtor, however, Courtney spent many years as a high school English teacher. Although the two careers seem as different as night and day, she believes all the years working in the public school system prepared her to be an agent.

Courtney earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from McDaniel College in Maryland. After graduating from college, she returned to her hometown in Adams County to teach at her alma mater. After several years, she needed a change, so she moved to Lancaster and began working in The School District of Lancaster. However, she eventually got the courage to follow her heart and pursue a career in real estate.

As an agent with the Kline Corbett Group, Courtney strives to make the home buying and selling process as seamless and as stress-free as possible for her clients. She is excellent at working with all types of personalities, and loves explaining the buying and selling process with her clients. She is also excellent at time management and loves to stay organized. She listens to her clients’ goals and desires, so they can find the perfect home for their needs and their budget.

Once a home is under contract, she works hard to be the liaison between all parties in the real estate transaction so that the clients can simply focus on the moving process. She knows communication is key to a smooth settlement, and there is no greater joy than seeing clients celebrate when they get the keys to their new home.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her young daughter. They love being active outdoors. Courtney also enjoys running and hiking as well as shopping at local markets. In the quiet times or when she is driving to and from appointments, you can always find Courtney listening to a true crime podcast.
