Gia Fuchs

Originally from New Jersey, Gia made the move to Central PA and quickly fell in love with the area. She and her husband Dave now call Lancaster County home—and even bought their home with the help of the Kline Corbett Group!

Gia earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Rutgers University, but her career path led her into customer service and finance, and eventually into the mortgage industry. She’s spent over a decade working in mortgage operations, helping buyers enjoy a smooth lending process.

Her positive experience buying a home with our team sparked an interest in the real estate side of things—and she’s now a licensed real estate agent and part of our team as a Showing Agent! Gia brings a fun, upbeat energy to the homebuying process and loves being part of a collaborative team. She’s always happy to jump in and help when an agent needs coverage.

When she’s not working, Gia’s spending time with her two dogs, Ziggy and Rex, or planning her next travel adventure with Dave.
