Gia Fuchs

Gia Fuchs, originally from New Jersey moved to Central PA 8 years ago and has absolutely loved living here. She recently bought a new home in Lancaster County last year with the help of the Kline Corbett group!

Gia earned a bachelor’s degree in Public health from Rutgers University in 2008. While she loved what she studied in school, her career path took a different direction and she ended up working in customer service and finance for many years. Eventually Gia landed in the mortgage industry where she has been working in operations for the past 10 years. While well skilled in her mortgage knowledge and assisting buyers with a smooth process on the lending side, she knew she had an interest in the real estate side of things, especially after having such a pleasant experience with the Kline-Corbett group. Gia became a licensed real estate agent this past year and has joined the team as a showing agent! Gia knows how important it is to make the home buying experience fun, pleasant, and upbeat so that is what she is here for. She also loves to be part of a team, so when an agent asks her to do a showing for them, she is thrilled and loves to help in any way she can.
In her spare time when she is not working it’s all about her 2 dogs Ziggy and Rex, who she loves spending time with and spoiling. Her and her husband Dave, travel every chance they get and are always thinking about where they want to go next.
