Kathie Cavallo

Meet Kathie

Realtor

Kathie Cavallo grew up spending her summers and weekends on Long Beach Island
New Jersey at her family’s summer home. She also spent time in Westfield in northern
New Jersey, although she considered LBI to be home and spent as much time there as
Possible.

Kathie graduated college with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Nursing and worked
as a Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse in multiple hospitals throughout New Jersey and
Pennsylvania, for twenty-five years. After which time she spent a few years working in
a large pediatric practice.

During all this time Kathie also wrote patient education letters for different disease
states. Kathie is a certified lactation consultant and member of La leche league.
Kathie’s strong commitment to family, led her to care for family members during their
end of life transition. This is what finally led Kathie to Real Estate.
Kathie and her husband, Tony, bought their first investment property in Lancaster City,
in 2000. And that as they say is that. Kathie became the property manager for all the
properties that they purchased throughout Berks and Lancaster counties, some as
rental units and some as “flips,” but all were interesting to say the least.

Kathie obtained her real estate license in 2015. She wanted to help others obtain
financial independence through real estate, just as she had. She has been helping
home buyers, sellers and investors ever since, define and reach, their real estate goals.
Kathie continues her education in real estate as a Pricing Strategy Advisor, PSA; and a
Home Staging Advisor, HSA. Kathie is currently pursuing her Real Estate License in
South Carolina, preparing for the time that she and her husband retire to South
Carolina.

When Kathie is not “working” you may find her with her family, friends and puppies
enjoying time at the beach, doing yoga, reading and cooking. Kathie truly enjoys to
cook for others and try new recipes and foods. Kathie supports multiple organizations
but the ones closet to her heart are the ALS Association, St Jude Children’s Research
Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, Tunnel 2 Towers and the American Humane League.
